Appointment Policy


To ensure that all of our patients receive the uninterrupted attention that you deserve, we utilize an appointment system designed for enhanced efficiency. This gives you a specific time to speak you’re your dentist regarding your dental needs and time to receive your treatment. As such, we request that you arrive on time for your appointment, and if you are more than 15-minutes late we may have to ask you to reschedule your visit. We understand that things happen, so if you need to cancel an appointment, we request that you reach out to us with a 48-hour notice in case of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide all of our patients with superior dental care, and our Appointment Cancellation Policy aims to deliver an equality of opportunity to each one of you when it comes to scheduling visits. Since that time is set aside for your treatment and care, failing to make an appointment means that we are unable to treat any patients in that time period.

It is for this reason that we request a 48-hour notice in the event of a cancellation, so we can use that time to schedule another patient who is in need of treatment. Towards that end, if you miss an appointment without contacting our office within the 48-hour timeframe, this is considered a missed appointment. Unfortunately, the cancellation fee is direct patient out-of-pocket cost and cannot be billed to the insurance company. No future appointments can be scheduled nor can records be transferred without the payment of this fee.
