Meet Dr. Leo Whitworth
Dr E Leo Whitworth Jr. DDS, MBA, is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Operative Department.
Prior to coming to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Whitworth migrated from Kingston Jamaica and receive a bachelor of science degree from Northeastern University in Boston. He received his DDS degree from Howard University in Washington DC and his MBA from Northeastern University. He returned to Jamaica and became the Chief Dental Director at the St Ann’s Bay Hospital in St Ann Jamaica. He subsequently returned to the USA and opened dental practices in Mattapan, Jamaica Plain and Falmouth Mass. He accepted an appointment at Harvard Dental School as an Assistant Clinical professor in their Restorative department. He is also a member of Harvard’s Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Whitworth also serves as a member on Northeastern University corporate board.

Dental emergencies are scary – but we can help. Our team at River Street Family Dental understands that life happens on the weekends and we’re ready to treat your dental emergency when it happens.
If you have bleeding in your mouth that won’t stop or if a tooth has been knocked out, call us immediately. Infections in your mouth can be serious and need treatment and medication.
